o Cultivate body language that is both authoritative and approachable

o Cultivate increasing calmness through a relaxed and alert posture

o Apply these skills in presentations, meetings, interviews and other contexts

Using exercises based on the Japanese martial art of Aikido, you'll
experiment with accessing embodied awareness.
You'll come away able to use your learnings immediately.
